Pre-fermentation cold maceration, separately for the two varieties followed by co-vinification through fermentation in temperatures of up to 64.4°F / 18°C.
Rose colored, intense aromas with a flowery attitude, containing mostly pink roses, bergamot, strawberry and cherry, round with a carefully measured sweetness, a refreshing acidity and a lasting finish.
Dishes with sweet and sour or spicy sauces, fruit salads with yogurt.
Optimal serving temperatures: 46.4-50 degrees F / 8 - 10°C.
