A fresh wine made in stainless steel, from Roditis and Moschofilero varieties, with a name inspired by the twisting uphill pathway leading to the Upper Town of Monemvasia, called Voltes.
- White vinification in a stainless-steel tank, fermentation at a controlled temperature of up to 60.8-64.4 °F/18°C and a short maturation on the fine lees.
- Light yellow color, aromas of freshly cut flowers, green apple, stone fruits, a smooth mouth-feel, pleasant acidity and finish.
- Green salads, yellow cheeses, pasta dishes with white sauces
- Optimal serving temperatures: 46.4-50 degrees F / 8 - 10°C.
