Selected, healthy, low-yielding grapes from our vineyard in Velies Monemvasia were harvested and sun-dried for approximately eight days.This was followed by multi-day long skin contact and at the same time alcoholic fermentation, for a total duration of thirty days (the maceration took place for fifteen days). Finally, the wine was aged in 225L oak barrels (second and third use) for eighteen months and in the bottle for three years.
Its color is deep red, with violet highlights.Intensely aromatic on the nose, with sweet spices and macerated red plums. Velvety mouthfeel, with plenty of vibrancy and a long aftertaste.
