SHIPPING WITH ACS COURIER

The delivery of the products to the user / customer is done by a private courier company at the postal address that the user / customer has stated at the stage of the order that he wishes to be delivered.

The cost is determined according to the weight of the products and is calculated at the last stage of completion of the order. With a minimum charge of 3€ within Attica. The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

CASH ON DELIVERY

You have the option to pay the purchase price in cash at the time of receipt of your order at an extra cost of 1,5 euros.

WITH DEBT OR CREDIT CARD

You can pay with your debit or credit card with security secured by it (the transaction is not made on our website but in a special secure online environment).

VIA PAYPAL

To make a purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click on “Confirm payment”. You will then be automatically taken to the PayPal website to make the payment.

(The order is canceled if the deposit is not made within 48 hours)

Your deposit must include your name and, as a reason, your order number. After making the deposit you should send it to orders@monemvasiawinery.gr

The name that you will mention in the bank deposit slip, should be the same as the name that you have stated in the electronic order form. Each order is executed after the confirmation of the deposit of money. Your deposit may not be immediately “visible” in the information we receive from the bank, so a slight delay is possible.

Returns are accepted only on a case by case basis and after telephone consultation with the customer service department and agreement on the part of the company, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
