300 Red was created with an eye to exploring the dynamic of a blend surpassing all expectations and transcending time, between the varieties of Agiorgitiko and Mavroudi.

Covinification of the two varieties aiming at a high concentration of tannins and anthocyanins, followed by a twenty-four-month maturation in new French oak barrels. Available after extended bottle aging.
Deep red color, aromas of red and black fruits of the forest, dried flowers, spices, with hints of oak and herbs. Elegant tannins, in balance with its almost full body and excellent acidity.
Meat with rich spice sauces, tuna fillet, pasta dishes with butter, pine nuts and herbs.
Optimal serving temperatures: 46.40 – 50 degrees F/ 16 – 18°C.

Elegant red variety which ripens in our area in mid-September. Moderately vivid vine that, by following the suitable/proper viticultural practices in our region’s hot and dry climate, produces wines of high phenolic content.
